		<description>When using terms to describe things, I strongly believe that we as professionals can use better terms and phrases that may not actually offend anyone that would be reviewing the documentation.  The fact that Ghetto is used to describe a state of a team is indicative of a lack of judgment and discretion on your part.  Going forward, I expect to see better use of descriptive terms in interviews of my colleagues within the BA profession.  Thank you for your time and attention.</description>
