Hi Laura – You have offered some good promotional paths for a BA. Do you have any advice for experienced BAs seeking more independence? A career as a BA Trainer is something I was thinking of but am not exactly sure of a good way to start. Please share your suggestions.

Hi Laura,

I appreciate a lot your contribution towards BA career. You are a blessing for starters and those who are already BA.

I have an experience as BA in Travel Domain. But the company wanted me to focus more on sales rather than process optimization. Ultimately I had to quit.

Its tough to get a BA post with just 5 months experience. Now I’m getting a feeling that if I join BPO (Voice Support) in Accenture for a year. Later I can apply for internal postings.

Please share your opinion.
